QuietScan is designed to be simple. Try the steps below before contacting support.

Scanner does not open

Confirm Google Play services is installed and up to date, restart the app, and try again with an internet connection so the scanner component can be downloaded.

PDF does not share

Make sure the PDF contains at least one page and that your device has free storage.

Document disappeared

QuietScan stores documents only inside the app. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app permanently removes the local library because Android backup is disabled.

Write to support@quietscan.com and include your Android version, device model and the steps that caused the problem.
